Back in March, R&B singer Jacquees was arrested in Miami after being pulled over for allegedly not wearing a seatbelt. The traffic stop eventually led to a confrontation, where Jacquees was arrested for failure to obey a lawful command.  He was out of jail shortly after, but the charges remained, until now.  

According to TMZ, all charges against the singer have been dropped, due to the fact that only one of the seven officers involved in the case showed up to court on the trial date. Jacquees’ lawyers are happy justice was servered, though they feel the whole situation was unfortunate in the first place. view Jacquees’ initial encounter with the police after the arrest below.
