Kodak Black Faces 10 Years In Prison If Convicted Of Firearms Charges

After being arrested on federal and state firearms charges in Miami on Saturday (May 11), Kodak Black is facing a heavy sentence.
According to court documents Kodak faces a maximum of 10 years in prison for allegedly lying in order to obtain a firearm at Lou’s Police Distributors gun store in Hialeah, Fla. on two occasions earlier this year. He also faces a $250,000 fine and three years of supervised release.
