Man Forges Kanye West's Signature & Uses It To Steal $900,000

Fashion designer Philipp Plein was recently tricked into believing Kanye West had signed on to perform during his show at New York Fashion Week in exchange for a lofty paycheck. Unfortnately for Phillip, someone forged ‘Ye’s signature on the contract, and swiped the money.
The alleged perpetrator, was a former friend of Kanye’s and former G.O.O.D Music asscociate. He allegedly posed as Kanye’s point of contact in the deal with Plein, negotiating rates for Kanye to perform. Once he forged Kanye’s signature on the contract and sent it back to Plein, Plein then sent over a $900,000 advance.
‘Ye’s fake point of contact withdrew the money as soon as it hit his bank account.
